JOY IS A FREEDOM PRACTICE

Joy Is the Way.

We Practice It Together.

Justice is the commitment. Liberation is the destination. And joy is the way.

Joy is not a distraction from justice. It is part of how we sustain ourselves, nurture our relationships, and imagine the futures we're working to create.

In the midst of uncertainty, grief, and struggle, joy reminds us of our humanity and the possibility of another way of being together.

At nINA Collective, we believe joy is more than a feeling. It is a practice. One that deserves to be protected, cultivated, and shared.

And we don't have to practice it alone.

Join us for a free virtual gathering where we'll explore what it means to protect and cultivate joy, individually and collectively.

Through reflection, facilitated conversation, and connection with other practitioners, we'll consider how joy can help sustain us in the work of building more just and connected communities.

Register below for a free Joy Doctrine Virtual Gathering on Dec. 2 from 12:00 - 1:00 CDT

Protect Your Joy

What brings you joy? What threatens it? And what helps you protect it?

Our Joy Protection Plan is an invitation to pause, reflect, and make intentional choices that create more room for joy in your life.

Whether you're navigating challenging work, caring for others, or simply moving through an uncertain world, protecting your joy is a practice worth cultivating.

You Don't Have to Do This Work Alone.

Find Your People. Practice Another Way Together.

The Joy Doctrine is one expression of a larger commitment at nINA Collective: creating spaces where we can learn, unlearn, connect, and practice new ways of working and being together.

Our Community of Practice brings together people committed to racial justice, belonging, transformative leadership, and collective care.

Through CHOIR Conversations, coaching, shared resources, and opportunities for reflection and mutual support, we explore the challenges we face and the possibilities we can create together.

This is a place to bring your questions, share your wisdom, build relationships, and sustain your practice.

Individual membership begins at $12/month.

Members of our community practice say…
